Negotiate high-value partnerships and long-term contracts to expand Hoymiles footprint in the region.
Team Management:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with global RD, supply chain, and customer service teams.
4.Market Intelligence:
Analyze market data to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
Represent Hoymiles at industry events, conferences, and government forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Experience:
810 years in senior commercial roles, with a proven track record in renewable energy, power electronics, or related industries.
Deep understanding of Southern European markets, including regulatory frameworks and key industry players.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in multicultural environments.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Languages:
Required: Fluency in English.
Preferred: Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
