We are committed to supporting your growth and career journey every step of the way, as this is your opportunity to take charge of your career path.Job DescriptionProject Manager (Grid)Deadline: 14/05/2025We are currently looking for a Grid Project Manager to join our M Renewables team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary.Your role will encompass:Follow-up the connection process with grid operatorsSupervise the grid connection process providing technical advice and strategic direction to the Development TeamSupport the preparation of tender processes for the grid interconnection works, including establishing scope of work, reviewing responses, and selecting contractorsDevelop effective relationships with potential contractors, suppliers, and consultantsQualification of contractors, suppliers, and consultantsEvaluation of offers and follow-up in the tendering processSupport the preparation of contracts to ensure that works are executed in accordance with METKA-EGN''s requirementsCoordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, procurement) involved in project assessment, due diligence, or implementationIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies and techniques to optimize grid connection solutionsEstimate costs and schedule activities of grid interconnection worksReview Quality Control Plans and Inspection Points Program of EPC/subcontractorsPerform site surveys and audits during constructionManage and supervise Engineering and Construction of Grid Connection Works and coordinate with Project Managers and Site EngineersParticipate in relevant phases of CommissioningWhat you bring to the role:BSc/MEng in Civil and/or Electrical Engineering (considered an advantage)Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of grid worksFluency in Italian & EnglishKnowledge in Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Engineering (considered an advantage)Experience in the construction of HV substations and grid works with E-distribuzione (considered an advantage)Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and the TICA) (considered an advantage)Experience in constructing renewable plants (solar, wind, batteries) (considered an advantage)Proficiency in AUTOCADWork experience in ItalyExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply for this exciting internal opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
