Come join us!Position SummaryThe Jr. Scheduler works with Sr. Trader Renewable Fuels Trader to provide and distribute all required renewable products to terminals for marketing to sell. Work with pipelines, barge companies, railroad companies, trading and supply partners to schedule movements of various renewables products to various locations. Manage inventories in multiple terminals to meet the needs of the branded and unbranded marketing group while maintaining appropriate and or allowed inventory levels. Mitigate and / or optimize system changes including but not limited to, increased or decreased sales, pipeline timing changes, barge or ship delays, train delays, loading and delivery terminal changes, trading and supply changes to take advantage of market opportunities.**Responsibilities**:- Schedule Renewable Products by Pipeline, Trains, Barge and Ship as needed. Domestic and International.- Maintain operational balances in terminals while adjusting to marketing sales and supply deliveries- Work with counterparts in the industry to manage renewable products balances and optimal supply in various terminal locationsQualificationsMinimum High School education, preferred Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field- Minimum of two years experience working within the industry in a scheduling or traffic related capacity, prefered 5 years experience- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access- Excellent attention to detail- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with professionals in positions of influenceAbility to re-prioritize and switch gears seamlesslyAbility to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities at onceExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to self-motivate and think independently.Gulf Oil is an equal opportunity employer.
