The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive remarketing, be digitally savvy, and passionate about getting things right the first time.Role Accountabilities:Guide the demand management process across involved markets to optimize auction sales by aligning buyer demand with supply.Establish criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory levels, and auction capacity to maximize efficiency and buyer satisfaction.Implement governance structures to enhance transparency and ensure demand-supply alignment.Monitor auction performance, ensuring execution aligns with budgets and revenue targets.Standardize reporting on buyer trends, supply, and auction results to inform decisions.Oversee auction technology initiatives to improve buyer experience and transaction success.Support local teams in supply-side integrations, maintaining governance standards and alignment with demand needs.Act as a strategic link between supply teams, buyers, IT, and others to facilitate communication and alignment with sales goals.Engage key stakeholders to improve market visibility and auction outcomes.Strategic Thinking: Analyze market trends and buyer behavior to develop effective demand strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to forecast demand and optimize auction performance.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with buyers, teams, and partners.Process Optimization: Develop efficient demand management processes.Project & Program Management: Lead large initiatives ensuring timely delivery and strategic fit.Technology Acumen: Understand auction platforms and buyer engagement tools.Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Align supply with demand through negotiation and relationship management.Governance & Compliance: Follow best practices in auction governance and reporting.Experience Required:Industry Knowledge: Experience in auction sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management preferred.Relevant Experience: Demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning in a commercial setting.Proven Track Record: Success in demand strategies, buyer engagement, and sales optimization.Cross-Functional Experience: Collaboration with IT, sales, and supply chain teams.International Experience: Knowledge of European markets and regional buyer trends is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
