DescriptionProduct Manager - PaymentsIn this role, youll take the lead in shaping Treatwells core payments systems ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely financial transactions. You will develop simple, reliable, and compliant solutions for partner payments, billing, invoicing, subscriptions, commissions, and chargebacks. A key focus will be maintaining compliance with regulations like DAC7 and PSD2 (and upcoming PSD3), while automating manual processes to improve efficiency.This position is vital to the success of teams across our SaaS and Marketplace businesses. By managing and enhancing our financial infrastructure, youll facilitate faster product delivery, open new commercial opportunities, and improve the experience for our salon partners and internal teams.You will be responsible for:Creating a clear, customer-focused roadmap for Treatwells Core Payments.Managing the entire money flowfrom collection to payoutensuring accuracy and transparency.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations such as KYC, DAC7, PSD2, and PSD3, including fraud prevention and risk management.Supporting the development of our partner subscription models and tailored pricing strategies.Overseeing financial processes like billing, invoicing, commissions, and chargebacks, with ongoing efficiency improvements.Collaborating with finance and operations teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure payment systems support their objectives and unlock value.Communicating priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders to maintain alignment.About you:Experienced in product management, preferably in payments, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace environments.Proficient in data analysis, translating insights into scalable customer-centric solutions.Knowledgeable about financial systems like billing, invoicing, payments, and subscriptions, with a focus on simplicity for users.Familiar with platforms such as Stripe, Adyen, or GoCardless, and aware of their challenges.Comfortable with compliance topics like KYC and DAC7, collaborating effectively with legal and finance teams.Enthusiastic about operational challenges, automation, and AI-driven improvements.Excellent communicator, capable of uniting cross-functional teams around complex problems.Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Results-oriented with a track record of impactful delivery in dynamic settings.Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.About TreatwellHi, were Treatwell.
