We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Junior ICT Supporter 1st Level. This role is permanent position based in Basel-Landschaft Canton.Your Role: Provide global 1st level user support for company-wide ICT infrastructure. Process Tickets & forward problems to 2nd level support. Install, configure & deploy PC client hardware Win10 Pro & higher. Carry out User group management in Active Directory & O365 / Azure AD. Configure & troubleshoot client printers on Windows print servers. Partake in simple network & hardware installations at company locations (remotely or on-site). Ensure backup functionality. Regularly monitor & document various ICT tasks. Participate in IT projects.Your Skills: From 6 months to 3 years of professional experience in 1st Level ICT Support including experience according to ITIL. A good knowledge of Client-Server Network. Experienced in deploying standardized Client Hardware. Ideally experienced in Office 365 & Linux OS.Your Profile: Completed training in Computer Science (e.g. Computer Scientist EFZ) or comparable training with a focus on ICT. Resilient, structured, organized, innovative & communicative. Willing to occasionally work on weekends (during updates etc.).
