On their behalf, we are currently looking for a ProductManager. About the role: Having successfully attracted customersfrom around 30 countries, the company is entering its next phase ofgrowth. We, on their behalf, are seeking a Product Manager who canlead the entire product development processidentifying userchallenges, defining key elements to drive user growth and customerexperience improvements, understanding legal constraints, anddeciding when, why, and what to build. In this role, you will workclosely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,marketing, and operations, to bring the product vision to life anddrive the company''s growth. Key Responsibilities: Data-DrivenDecision Making: Set and achieve KPIs and SLOs byreverse-engineering from the business plan to maximize serviceprofitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner withdesign, development, and marketing teams to craft product solutionsthat resonate with customers. Stakeholder Communication: Workclosely with the CEO to ensure transparency into product deliveryby sharing plans, sprint demos, and release notes. CompetitiveAnalysis: Monitor industry trends and incorporate market insightsinto product improvements and strategy adjustments. Cultural& Strategic Leadership: Build a product culture focused onsolving user problems, develop initial product marketingstrategies, and engage users to continuously refine the productvision.
