Position We are currently seeking aSenior Hardware Designer to join our Electronics R&D Departmentat CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). This role offers a hybrid workmodel: partly on-site, partly remote. The candidate will work onthe hardware development of embedded systems for industrialapplications. He/she will carry out all phases of productdevelopment, from defining and analyzing technical specificationsto designing schematics, performing final tests, and contributingto the industrialization of the product. Requirements - Mastersdegree in Electronics or a related field. - At least 7-8 years ofexperience in electronic design. - Hands-on experience indeveloping microcontroller-based and microprocessor-based embeddedsystems and communication interfaces. - Familiarity with EMC andsafety standards for product certification. - Experience in PCBlayout design and optimization will be considered a preferentialqualification. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. -Share the value of Carel Culture Code!
