He/She will be the lead point of contactfor all key client matters, anticipate the clients needs, workwithin the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, andhelp the client succeed. The Account Manager drives the salesprocess, he/she identifies and implements key sales strategies toapproach and close contracts with existing customers and theirsubsidiaries. He/she ensures a long-term relationship is maintainedand create sales opportunities. The position requires regulartravel in EU Responsibilities: - Developing trusted relationshipswith a portfolio of major clients - Developing a thoroughunderstanding of the clients objectives, their organization, theirpersonnel - Identifying and influencing customers key decisionmakers - Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers anddeal with complaints to maintain trust - Expanding therelationships with existing customers by continuously proposingsolutions that meet their objectives - Managing communicationsbetween key clients and internal teams - Strategic planning toimprove client results - Negotiating contracts with the client andestablishing a timeline of performance - Working with differentteams and presenting your product offering at events such asconferences, seminars, etc. - Developing relationships withexternal companies and partners to find sales synergies - Ensuringaccurate reporting and managing relevant key information on aweekly basis using the CRM solution - Preparing and presentingfollow-up reports and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key account metrics - Working with the Support,Product & Professional Services department to to ensure thebest customer experience. Key skills and requirements: - 2 years ofexperience in selling software in a Web, SAAS, Cloud environment,you know how subscriptions work and how a recurring business modelworks - Ideally, you have experience in the Chemical, Cosmetic,food products or Product Label/MDD sector - Deep knowledge of salesmethodologies (Solution Selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman or equivalentapproach...) - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage timeefficiently - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, beproactive, and handle uncertainty - Goal-oriented, organized teamplayer - Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead -Self-motivated and self-directed - Excellent interpersonalrelationship skills - Proficient in English, both in written andverbal communication - Native level Italian speaker What can youexpect from us?
