The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for candidate generation primarily through direct sourcing and research to attract both passive and active candidates. The Recruiter may manage an individual requisition load, working directly with the Hiring Manager from discovery intake to offer negotiation, or be part of a sourcing team, supplying qualified candidates for requisitions managed by the IBM Talent Acquisition Partners. The Recruiter will help define, develop, plan, and implement recruiting strategies utilizing their market knowledge. They will act as the first point of contact for candidates and will be able to sell the clients EVP and talk knowledgeably about the company, industry, and role opportunity.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Act as an IBM brand ambassador for the TAO services to client stakeholders, working either on-site or remotely.
- Work with Hiring Managers and client leadership to understand their hiring forecasts and translate them into recruitment plans.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the clients business and industry sector.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on requisition status, delivery health, market insights, and strategies to meet performance metrics.
- Facilitate role discovery meetings with Hiring Managers and recruiters to discuss delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing activities.
- Consult with the Hiring Manager on role requirements and talent supply considerations that may impact delivery.
- Partner with IBMs Sourcing Science team to ensure sourcing campaigns are successful.
- Support the delivery team in short-list presentation of candidates as required.
- Analyze platform data to improve and optimize delivery performance and share best practices.
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue targets.
- Participate in client update meetings and represent the service to stakeholders.
- Obtain high client satisfaction levels to promote positive NPS scores, references, and case studies.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years of recruitment and/or HR experience
- At least 2 years in a client management role working with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and French

- Knowledge or experience with Workday
