Your responsibilities As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the administrative processes of our organization. You will be involved in the entire cycle: from invoicing and processing bank transactions to managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting monthly and yearly closings. In this role, you will work closely with our Office Manager Emmie and the CFO. In addition to your financial tasks, you will also take on part of the office management duties. You will assist with various organizational and facility-related tasks and act as a backup for the Office Manager during absence or illness. Financial Operational Administration Supporting and performing accounting tasks Preparing sales invoices and processing purchase invoices Assisting with monthly and yearly financial closings Managing accounts receivable Assisting with financial reporting and analysis Managing contracts with customers and partners Maintaining the general ledger and processing bank transactions Systems Tools Project registration and reporting in SAP and other software packages Creating and managing internal and external user accounts Maintaining standard documents and templates Who you are You have MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent experience You have knowledge and experience in accounting practices You have several years of experience in a similar role You are structured, service-oriented, and able to prioritize well You have a good sense of humor but can also make decisions when needed You enjoy working with systems and quickly learn new tools; experience with SAP is a plus You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English What we offer A varied and responsible role within a supportive team Competitive salary and good secondary employment benefits Flexible working hours and hybrid work options Opportunities for personal development and taking initiative A top-class working environment where creativity is encouraged
