Business Partner for the Local Management Team by providing business analysis, identifying problem areas and ideas for improvement actions and countermeasures.Support month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities including the preparation and analysis of the monthly reporting to the Headquarter.Responsibility for planning and forecasting processes.Support quotations of new products by providing inputs regarding local production costs.Ensures adherence with IC pricing principles and Transfer Pricing guidelines in line with internal / external standards and requirements.Conduct investments evaluation in coordination with the local Operations Team.Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum five years of experience in multinational manufacturing companies.Strong communication skills and financial analysis abilities.Very good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP / BI; HFM and BOARD knowledge advantageous.Solid analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex issues into key business drivers.Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills; brings solutions to business issues (not just financial).Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with Regional and Corporate stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
