Your Impact:
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive flagship performance, both commercially and culturally
- Lead and develop a team to deliver elevated, one-to-one client experiences
- Champion CRM and clienteling initiatives - segment, activate, and grow a loyal client base
- Ensure the highest operational standards across visual merchandising, stock management, and team development
- Act as a true brand guardian - embodying luxury values, discretion, and deep brand knowledge
- Build internal culture through values-led leadership, celebrating individuality and inclusion
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years'' experience in a luxury retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
- Proven success in CRM, clienteling, and building high-value customer relationships
- A commercial mindset - comfortable interpreting KPIs and leading retail strategy
- Calm, composed, and inspiring in fast-paced, high-touch environments
- A hands-on leader - present on the floor, coaching and elevating team performance daily
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or other languages are a plus
