From initial patient selection through surgery and post-operative rehabilitation, youll be the go-to expert guiding all stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.Responsibilities:Build strong working relationships with implanting centres and rehabilitation teamsProvide hands-on training to clinical personnel, including visual rehab and low vision professionalsSupport and oversee the complete patient journey, including selection, surgery follow-up, and long-term rehabCollaborate closely with commercial and medical teams to activate new treatment centresEngage with patient groups, doctors, and referral networks to raise awareness and drive access to careFacilitate communication between surgical and rehab teams to ensure continuity and quality of careIdentify and coordinate patient testimonials for awareness campaignsAct as a key contact for patient support challenges and incident reportingQualifications:Degree or qualification in Orthoptics, Optics, or a low vision-related field35 years experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals, ideally within ophthalmology35 years experience in low vision rehabilitationDesired Skills & Attributes:Passionate about patient care and improving quality of lifeStrong communication and presentation skills with a patient- and customer-centric mindsetEffective project manager with experience across multidisciplinary teamsAdaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressureFluency in local language and proficiency in EnglishCompetent with MS Office; tech-savvy mindset preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
