On the Ops side, you love to design architecture, collaborate with developers to fix problems and provide long term solutions. Providing service and automation on AWS is a pleasure. On the Dev side, you want to be a change-maker by developing aproduct that will facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery for our customers.In this role, you will:- Build, scale and optimize both new and existing production search cluster- Automate deploy and support applications in Amazon Web Services- Work with the Development team to provide them with the framework to build and package their applications for use by other teams and for deployment into development, test and production environments using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools- Participate in release/milestone planning and scheduling with the Development team (Agile)- Help manage the source code repository by administering access and permissions and working with development teams on strategies for branching and merging- Building frameworks that other internal teams will be using for deployment and provisioning virtual machines- Designing and implementing tasks in Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins, Travis, etc.)You Enjoy:- Designing and implementing automation for orchestration of production and development systems- Assisting in maintaining information security practices and procedures- Working with both internal and external groups to ensure systems are effectively integrated, configured, managed and supported in production- Working in an Agile environment- Keeping up on the latest trends, watching for new technology that can improve our workflowYou''re Great At:- Working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)- Orchestrating server deployments and configuration- Understanding of networking fundamentals- Git, Jira, Jenkins, and other managed workflowsQualifications:- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mathematics- Overall 10 years of experience with at least 5 years as a dev ops software developer- Experience designing and implementing tasks in Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins, Travis, etc.)- Experience in advanced Linux administration (Security, Network, scripting, etc.)- Experience administering and operating various source control systems (Git)- Excellent communication and English language skills (oral and written)Apply- No phone calls and no web chats please!** Are you a recruiter?
