The Technical Safety Lead with experience in navalapplications executes and/or coordinates technical safetyengineering activities for FPSO and FNLG applications and fordifferent project phases, from Feasibility Studies to Front-End andDetail Engineering design. Profile main tasks - Manage and discusstopics and issues relating to risks analysis activities (QRA, FERA,etc.), safety studies and safety related activities (fire fighting,hazardous area classification, passive fire and cold/cryogenicspill protection, Fire & Gas, etc). - Coordinate and manageprocess hazard and risk management activities such as HAZID, HAZOP,SIL/LOPA, etc. - Manage and possibly perform activities relevant toFunctional Safety Lifecycle, Technical Integrity, Human FactorEngineering, etc. - Interface with Clients on technical issues. -Manage interfaces with other technical disciplines concerningtechnical issues and with project management team concerningproject control activities, such as scheduling and budgeting. -Manage engineering sub-contractors and Suppliers activities. -Prepare technical safety reports and deliverables as needed. -Contribute with specific expertise to highly skilledmulti-disciplinary team. - Coordinate Environmental activities,such as emissions, air quality, noise, GHG, etc. - Contribute tothe development and to the continuous technical improvement ofinternal work methodologies and procedures. QUALIFICATION: Mastersor Bachelors degree in technical disciplines KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISHLANGUAGE: Professional English Level LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanentcontract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of 7 years provenexperience in Technical Safety activities, especially in navalapplications/projects such as, but not limited to, FPSO and FLNG. -Confident in interfacing with Clients and all other Projectstakeholders. - In-depth understanding of safety studies and riskmanagement, e.g. QRA, FERA, BRA, Marine Risk Assessment, DroppedObjects Risk Assessment, Safety Case, etc. SOFT SKILLS: - Goodcommunication, problem-solving and decision making. - Strongattitude to collaborate with colleagues also by means of IT /digital tools. - Ability to manage the project team composed byspecialists with various seniority. - Ability to manage teamsduring workshops and review meetings. - Ability to manage amulticenter Technical Safety Project Team. IT SKILLS: - Advancedskills in the most common MS Office applications and Office365suite. LOCATION: Milano (MI) Availability to long-term andshort-term business trips/contracts.
