Responsibilities: -Expansion Planning: Develop storegrowth plans and expansion strategies in line with annualstore-opening targets; -Evaluate Site Selection: Assess andnegotiate the selection of business districts and store locations,taking responsibility for key indicators such as store location,construction, and rental costs; -Delivery Assurance: Coordinatewith store construction suppliers to ensure delivery capabilitiesand maintain the construction progress of stores; -PartnerRelations Maintenance: Expand real estate resources and maintainrelationships with property developers and shopping mallcooperation departments; -Mapping: Conduct a quarterly mapping ofbusiness districts and maintain the business districts database;-Store Construction Acceptance: Inspect and accept stores based onconstruction standards and local laws and regulations; -HeadquarterCoordination: Execute store establishment-related matters assignedby the headquarters Requirements: -Be familiar with the localretail market and business district format; -Rich experience inlocal store expansion; -Have partnership resources with top-tierand mid-tier local commercial groups, malls, and real estateconglomerates, and maintain good cooperative relationships; -Befamiliar with the construction and decoration process, andunderstand local laws, regulations, and industry standards; -Beable to fluently express themselves verbally and in writing inItalian and English. -Hold a bachelor''s degree or higher inarchitecture, engineering management, project management, orrelated fields; -Having partnership resources in top-tier businessdistricts is a plus.
