Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our PeopleCulture team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycles for different departments at Shiji and coordinate the onboarding process for our new team members.
The role
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions and align on the recruitment process coordination.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for them.
- Extend and negotiate job offers, and manage the closure of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the new employees onboarding process, and provide guidance and support on their first day at the company.
- Participate and support on PeopleCulture ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience hands-on end to end recruitment cycle (in-house or agency).
- Experience recruiting technical roles will be highly valued, but it is not a must.
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
