Your tasks
- You develop, propose and implement medium-term plans, budget and the related strategies with subsidiary CEOs after approval by the Management Committee.
- You participate in the Boards of Directors or management councils for subsidiaries.
- You are a representative of the shareholder interests and ensure compliance with local governance standards and regulations.
- As a member of the RemCo of the different subsidiaries, you define the objectives of Managing Directors, supervise and align subsidiary CEOs with group strategy.
- You are responsible with subsidiary CEOs for the final validation of budgets (EBITDA, HR, Capex, Opex) and the strategic orientations of the subsidiaries to ensure alignment with the group''s priorities.
- You collaborate closely with the Finance & Controlling for budget establishment and their detailed monitoring, the regular revue of the financial and operational performance of the SU and corrective implementation plans if budgetary or performance gaps are identified.
- You identify synergies across subsidiaries and explore external partnership opportunities.
- You drive technological partnerships and internal/external commercial alliances for new market opportunities.
- You supervise the development of marketing/commercial strategies in collaboration with subsidiary CEOs.
Your profile
- You have a masters degree or equivalent professional qualification in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar function and/or operational management.
- Demonstrated experience in financial oversight (budgeting, P&L, KPI tracking) at a strategic level.
- Strong governance and board-level exposure, with knowledge of governance standards.
- Successful track record in leading cross-functional teams, including CEO-level interactions.
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions and change management is highly desirable.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French or German.
