We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with a hands-on approach to help take our HR departement to the next level. Are you ready to make a difference?
GOALS / MISSION
- Efficient day-to-day management, coordination, and follow up of employee administration in close collaboration with the HR manager;
- Handling administrative tasks related to employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration;
- Update employee documentation (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, vacation and sick leaves) promptly and in line with HR standards and procedures;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR regulations, and local labor laws;
- Process employees requests and provide relevant information regarding HR policies and procedures;
- Act as a point of contact for our employee happiness program;
- Support training administration including submission of relevant files;
- Contribute to other projects and assignments of the HR department, as well as the further automation of HR processes and the optimization of personnel administration.
Profile
Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in HR administration, or payroll is a plus;
- Knowledge of social legislation, labor laws and HR regulations;
- Strong administrative skills; enjoy working with figures and data;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in Dutch with a good working knowledge of English (both oral and written);
- Open-minded, a can-do, and positive attitude;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team;
- Sense of confidentiality and professional integrity.
