The Project Manager will lead or participate in initiatives like mentoring, career path design, internal mobility, and global career events, among others.The role requires strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills, including:Stakeholder Management: Aligning stakeholders and influencing leaders.Strategic Thinking and Innovation: Proposing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.Project Management: Planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and scope.Communication and Presentation: Effective communication with diverse audiences.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data to improve processes and outcomes.About You :Experience :At least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a People Development CoE.Proven experience managing talent management initiatives.Skills :Leadership and stakeholder influence skills.Resilience and adaptability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Analytical mindset.Fluent English; French is a plus.Whats next?Desired start date: 01/08/2025Technip Energies values internal applications and provides timely feedback.
