For our store at AMSTERDAM THE STYLE OUTLETS we are looking for a Store Manager. The purpose of this position is to manage the store in order to reach the business targets assigned for revenue, sales and management of the team. The Store Manager will report directly to the RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER. Proven quality sales skills (KPI) Ensures excellence in sales, customer service and loyalty Receive periodic sales targets, implementing strategies that ensure their achievement Ensure a flawless image of the store, supported by instructions of visual merchandiser Share sales results and product needs with HQ, reporting weekly product feedback Monitor the performance of each sales assistant through KPI dashboard, evaluating the contribution to the total turnover and suggesting personal development programs Organize briefings to encourage, motivate and engage your team Manage work shift planning while ensuring adequate coverage Monitor and optimize store costs Manages administrative procedures Actively participate in warehouse organisation of the store and inventory Computer skills (Office package / cash management systems and attendance) Fluent English and Dutch (required), Italian is a plus Experience gained in the same role in structured retail companies Commercial knowledge Willingness to do a training in Italy AMSTERDAM THE STYLE OUTLETS You can apply by sending your CV in english to hr@illanificio.com with AMSTERDAM - STORE MANAGER in the subject line.
