Join our Environment and Health Department as our new HSE junior consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new HSE junior consultant, you should have 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Transaction, and Corporate Services, with a specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance, or due diligence work in the M&A sector emphasizing sustainability assessment, planning, and strategy.Candidates can work in a fully hybrid pattern from our Rome or Milan office, in line with our flexible working policy.Your key responsibilities will be:Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due DiligenceExecution of EHS compliance auditsExecution of ESG reviewsParticipating directly in assignments, interacting with clients and third parties (e.g., lawyers, advisors, vendors/buyers, regulators), requiring strong soft skills (e.g., negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamworkProposal and reporting in Italian or EnglishYour new teamYou will be part of our successful team comprising engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, and others, working together in an international network on projects related to contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability.
