The Therapy Services Scheduler coordinates and maintains scheduling for MJ Care Therapy Services in Home Health, Long Term Care, Rehab Force and School Therapy. Afternoons, 20 hours per week.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:Creates and maintains staff schedules for Home Health, Schools, and emergency LTC vacancies.Schedules client appointments/visits according to their plan of care and staff availability.Enters scheduling data, creates schedules.Provides staffing to cover openings due to PTO, FMLA, and increased caseloads.Enters scheduling data, creates schedules.Maintains staff and client statistics, and reports.Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, scanning, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services.**JOB FUNCTIONS**:Computer knowledge to Outlook, Excel, Word, Casamba (Smart), enhance therapist scheduling in Home Health, Schools, Tele-therapy, Rehab Force and Long Term Care.Schedule therapists to fill client compliance needs.Ability to act appropriately in an emergency situation.Maintain therapist availability list via text, e-mail, and phone.Required Skills**COGNITIVE QUALIFICATIONS**:Accuracy of problem solving skills, organizational skills, math skills and communication skills.Concentration, ability to learn, good memory and listening skills and ability to prioritize.Accuracy of work output.Basic clerical, supervisory and time management skills.**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:High School Diploma/GED required.
