To achieve this we work with our employees to support and develop them, being a Manager at Lyreco means leading by example and understanding your team.The roles main focus will be managing your Customer Service Team Leaders and the wider Customer Services team, ensuring you are providing consistent first class support. Delighting our customers is one of our core values, so its essential that we do this at all times.Working within a call centre environment and with automated workflow systems, the team will be dealing with a high level of incoming calls and queries, so you will be able to handle and manage a team within a fast-paced environment.The role reports directly into the Head of Customer services who you will work with closely to introduce new ways to be more innovative and efficient.
