Role: IAM Security Consultant Location: Utrecht Type: Permanent Workplace Type: Hybrid / 3 days on site Language: Dutch speaking role Job Description Implement and maintain IAM systems Define and enforce IAM policies, roles, and access controls (RBAC). Conduct periodic access audits and certifications. Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents. Requirements Dutch speaking role A bachelor''s or master''s degree 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, least privilege, SSO, MFA, etc.). Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk). Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). Understanding of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).
