Then look no further and apply to become our QA Investigation Supervisor.The PositionIn this position, you will lead a group of specialists responsible for managing deviations, complaints, and ensuring timely, thorough, and compliant investigations in line with GMP and regulatory expectations.Furthermore, you will:Supervise and support a team of QA Investigators handling deviations and complaints.Ensure investigations are conducted with a high level of quality, scientific rigor, and regulatory compliance.Review and approve investigation reports, root cause analyses, and CAPAs.Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Manufacturing, QC, Engineering, etc.) to gather information and ensure investigation closure.Monitor investigation metrics (timeliness, recurrence, effectiveness) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsTo be successful for this position, you possess a Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field and of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, with a focus on investigations, deviations, and complaints.In addition, you have:Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and investigation tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)Proven leadership and people management skillsFluent English and Italian, both written and spokenDetail-oriented with a problem-solving mindsetAbout the DepartmentOur team is composed of enthusiastic, collaborative, and goal-driven professionals, each bringing a diverse level of experience and expertise.
