Key capabilities we are looking for:
- Expertise in IBMi Technology: As we are migrating from applications based on IBMi technology, knowledge in RPG, CL, and IBM i DB2 is crucial due to the tight timeline and limited options for introduction.
- Proficiency in tools such as RDI (Rational Developer for i) and MQ Manager is necessary.
- Experience with TypeScript, REST, and Cloud Solutions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of AI technologies would be beneficial.
- Scrum Framework Experience: Understanding and experience with the Scrum framework are important for team collaboration.
