Job description
As the Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP Oracle Fusion system. Your primary objective is to ensure that the ERP system operates efficiently, meets the business needs of our organization, and leverages its full potential to drive productivity, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking to fill this position part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular system updates and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage system security, access controls, and user permissions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and streamlining.
- Implement best practices to enhance business processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and flow.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions to provide valuable insights for decision-makers.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the ERP system.
- Address user inquiries and issues, offering solutions and guidance.
- Oversee data quality, integrity, and data migration activities.
- Establish data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure ERP system compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain robust data security protocols.
- Work with Oracle Fusion vendors to stay up-to-date on product developments and resolve technical issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Monitor system performance, resource usage, and user activity to optimize system performance.
Job requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, either within Supply Chain Management or Finance but with an interest in both of them.
- Proven track record of Oracle ERP system administration and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management experience and communication skills.
- Knowledge of business processes and the ability to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals.
- Possibility to travel to our Manufacturing Plant in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands. We will provide you with travel expenses and accommodation.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship.
- Oracle Fusion certification.
- Dutch Language is preferred, English to business level is essential.
