Job Summary We are on the lookout for an experienced Regional Expert Learning and Development to spearhead and elevate our L&D, sustainability and diversity initiatives across 17 countries in the European region, serving more than 4000 employees. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Head of HR Development and work closely with the Regional HR Officer and Local HR Directors. Responsibilities Develop targeted L&D measures for the region in line with the Global Strategy and Regional HR Roadmap, Act as a subject matter expert, supporting Regional and Local HR in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning, Steer communication and implementation of corporate L&D initiatives and tools on a regional level (e.g. engagement surveys), Lead the implementation of Talent Management programs together with HRBP community (e.g. assessments, development, mentoring, coaching), Track and analyze L&D and HR Sustainability data, identify improvement areas, propose effective solutions to enhance the regional and local L&D roadmap, Actively contribute to the DEI strategy by creating and promoting regional initiatives, and support Local HR in adjusting content and formats to local needs, Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across business streams and regions to enhance processes, policies, tools, and concepts. Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Learning & Development, Profound knowledge in the application of L&D tools in the area of talent management, leadership development, succession planning, diagnostics, Experience in project management, preferably in a leading position, Strong conceptional and analytical skills, A positive, proactive and pragmatic mindset with understanding of intercultural differences, Effective in communicating with and influencing various audiences and stakeholders, Fluent in English (verbal and written) and any additional European language is a plus, Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar systems like Workday), Willingness to travel within the region and HQ (Cologne, Germany) up to 30%.
