Job Context - Member of the localOpple Europe team - Direct report to Country Manager Italy - Worksclosely together with the agencies in the region Your profile:Essential Skills - Lighting knowledge - Technical and commercialskills - Well balanced Tactical and Operation skills - Customerfocused / intrinsic passion for excellent customer service -Practical, hands-on mentality - Clear verbal communicationincluding the ability to communicate empathy and be concise -Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence - Experience withSalesforce (nice to have) - Experience with basic Microsoftprograms like Excel and Word - Fuent in English and ItalianPersonal Attributes - Result oriented, determination toover-achieve - Polished, analytical, and engaging possessingexcellent interpersonal skills - Hunter minded - Energetic -Determined - Self-starter with a desire to succeed - High energylevels / enthusiastic - Ability to execute Your responsibilities: -Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel- Build the coverage in the assigned region supporting andmonitoring agencies work in the territory - Build a business casein collaboration with the Country Manager and Head of Sales forbusiness expansion in the assigned region - Find and develop newcustomers (installers, contracts, end users) in the assigned region- Develop new projects and report in Salesforce keeping track inthe area - Be the Italy reference for trainings to agencies andcustomers - Be the Italy reference for the BLE system and workclosely with agencies to present it to customers and with HQ todevelop better the system - Gather and analyze market informationand communicate with Opple marketing team - Meet the targets andbudget - Manage internal relationships between channels anddepartments Who are we?
