We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous HR Generalist to join our Paris office. This role requires a proactive professional who can take ownership of HR operations from A to Z, including payroll management. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take initiative, and effectively communicate in English across different levels of the organization. You will provide strategic HR guidance, drive employee engagement, and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are well implemented across the company. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding. Serve as the primary HR contact, providing expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance. Handle employee relations matters, offering advice and solutions to managers and team members. Drive HR initiatives related to talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of French labor laws and HR best practices (experience with US labor laws is a plus). Fluent in both French and English (mandatory). Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools (experience with BambooHR and Lever is a plus).
