To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our team.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
- Be a link between the universe of ESG and the one of business progress, understanding the crucial need for the 2 to coexist.
- Develop, implement, and monitor ESG projects, strategies and policies.
- Conduct ESG impact assessments and analyses.
- Together with our Head of People, design and implement activities focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote sustainable and regenerative practices.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance regularly to provide data-informed proposals on short- and long-term roadmaps.
- Keep the organization updated on ESG regulations and industry trends.
- Expound the network in the local and Italian territory liaising with experts, events and organizations to collaborate with on ESG activities.
- Be an ambassador for ESG-related events and activities internally and externally.
- Support with all employer branding activities in relation to ESG.
WHAT WE WISH YOUD BRING WITH
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
- +2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex business intricacies.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Italian and English.
