Social network you want to login/join with:Job Title: HSE SpecialistThe duties of the HSE Specialist include:Help ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations;Manage processes related to HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001);Prepare and verify technical procedures and operating instructions related to the HSE system;Verify compliance with health and safety standards at work, including drafting and updating HS documents (DVR);Manage accident and near-miss analysis;Carry out all work in accordance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements;Contribute to chemical management activities, including MSDS evaluation and chemical risk assessment, considering REACH regulations;Ensure corporate reporting related to HSE;Arrange induction and periodic HSE training for employees and workers;Interface with external bodies (ASL, ARPA, Provincia, etc.) during surveillance audits;Ensure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements concerning air, waste, chemicals, water, health, and safety.Requirements:At least an ASPP degree;Junior level experience (1-2 years minimum);Technical skills: Basic knowledge of certifications and approvals (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), good knowledge of Italian HS legislation (D.Lgs. 81/2008), and environmental legislation (D.Lgs. 152/06);Languages: Proficient in English (written and oral);IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP processes and MS Access is a plus;Soft Skills: Ethical, open-minded, diplomatic, observant, perceptive, versatile, determined, collaborative, problem solver, analytical, organized, proactive, and open to continuous improvement;Other: Available for national business trips; flexible schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
