You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Dfense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.
APPRENTICESHIP OR INTERNSHIP CONTRACT FROM SEPTEMBER 2025 / 6 to 12 months
CONTEXT
Sodexo is changing its way of doing business and has the ambition to sell strong brands based on clients and consumer insights. In this context, the company is putting a strong focus on insights and is reinforcing the group insights team. The jobholder will support a newly created position within this team.
MISSIONS
In this context, your main assignments will be to:
- Support Global Client and Consumer Insights projects related to Food and Workplace environment :
- Follow up on projects from A to Z: internal data collection, support on brief writing, help on identification of external suppliers, attendance to internal & external project meetings, assistance on insight analysis and preparation of presentation decks
- Support the broader Client and Consumer Insights team on other projects : Healthcare, Education, Energy & Resources segments
- Support the roll out and adoption of global Insights digital tools (Knowledge Management and Social Listening platforms among others)
- Ad hoc analysis on different topics
- Creation of case studies
- Support in day-to-day management of our Knowledge Management Platform

PROFILE
- Masters degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Market research
- Interest in client and consumer insights (a first experience in Market Research is a plus)
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize and present data in a user-friendly manner
- Ability to work in international context (previous international exposure is a plus) and interest in services industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)
