Are you ready to influence the future of European satellite missions?

A leading space consultancy is looking for an experienced Satellite Payload Consultant to support institutional and commercial clients through end-to-end satcom procurement from visibility studies to payload spec development and vendor evaluation.

Youll work on major space programmes including the IRIS secure connectivity initiative and collaborate with major players like Airbus, TAS, and OHB.

The role offers:

• Strategic ownership from concept to procurement
• A high-performing team of engineers & consultants
• A hybrid work setup (Toulouse-based preferred)
• Up to 80K base salary + bonus (up to 2 months) + profit share (~10% of profits)
• Travel subsidy & shared meal support

Key experience required:

• 710+ years in satellite payload design, ideally covering full lifecycle procurement
• Strong knowledge of digital payloads and processors
• Industry experience with manufacturers or operators (Airbus, TAS, OHB, SES, etc.)
• EU citizenship required

Fluency in French is a plus, but not essential.
