The current opportunity arises within the Lease Analysis team based in our Warsaw Office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Occupier focused Lease Analysis service line is successful in EMEA. You will work closely with the Global Occupier team across the globe to help market the service line, manage the onboarding of new clients, manage the EMEA lease analysis team and develop client relationships.
The Account Manager takes responsibility for all aspects of service delivery for a client or group of clients, ensures the accuracy of the database information, timeliness of reporting to the client, the efficient management of day-to-day operations between the Company and the client, and direct and control the normal, daily operations for the client account, among other tasks.
