It is a key player in major international strategic programs and serves as a technological and industrial partner to governments, defense agencies, institutions, and companies.Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Division, in the Quality Function, we are seeking a Senior Product/Program Assurance Manager to oversee the quality aspects of a significant international program.The selected candidate will be hired at one of Leonardo''s Italian offices and will be seconded to the Hague office for approximately 30 months.Responsibilities:Implement and maintain adherence to the program Quality Management System.Ensure compliance with AQAP requirements, ISO 9001:2015, the program Quality Management Plan (QMP), and other relevant plans and processes.Develop, update, and maintain the QMP.Create and adopt a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) for the program as applicable.Prepare for and support ISO certifications through training and assessments.Collaborate with the Mission Assurance team, project technicians, engineers, and managers to develop QA surveillance approaches.Develop, review, and improve program processes and procedures.Establish contractual SLAs.Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs to help meet quality objectives.Review program plans and documents to ensure timely and accurate contract deliverables.Ensure product development and services meet customer expectations.Monitor workflow, ensure process compliance, and address corrective actions.Conduct internal audits, reviews, and analyze metrics to identify additional audits needed.Address nonconformities and requirement escapes using root cause analysis and corrective actions.Report progress and resolution status to management.Work closely with the program team to implement and uphold the quality management system.Support other quality-related actions and responsibilities as needed.Monitor and track quality issues until resolution.Identify and report project quality risks.Contribute to risk and opportunity registers and peer review processes.Lead lean six sigma process improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Assist in defining performance requirements and service level strategies aligned with contract needs.Support program meetings, reporting, and reviews, including daily status, weekly, and monthly reports.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in a related discipline.Senior-level experience (8+ years) managing SLAs and quality of service delivery, with at least 3 years in software/system/service lifecycle quality management in IT projects.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CMMI standards.Proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office tools.Experience in software/system/service lifecycle management.(Preferred) Experience in a military environment and command centers.Skills & Certifications:Strong presentation and documentation skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (minimum B2).Security clearance (NOS) required.(Preferred) Industry certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.Additional Information:Senior position.Primary location: IT - Roma - Via Laurentina.Additional locations include Chieti Scalo, Firenze - Campi Bisenzio, Genova - Fiumara, Milano - Nerviano, Napoli - Bleriot.Contract type: Permanent, with hybrid working arrangements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
