Role Description
Sustaira is looking for a talented and driven Growth Marketer - Sustainability Solutions with a passion for sustainability and a strong track record of designing, executing, and optimizing marketing and business development campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You''ll play a pivotal role in accelerating customer acquisition, expanding market presence, and optimizing user journeys across the funnel. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact at the intersection of (digital) marketing, sustainability solutions, and software scale-up growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel growth strategies across media, SEO, email, content syndication, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Content creation and editing such as: campaign emails, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness through conversion; analyze performance metrics and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product owners, sustainability leads, sales, and customer success teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with buyer personas in sustainability, ESG, and finance roles.
- Lead campaign execution across digital channels (Email, LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM and others) with strong attention to ROI and CAC.
- Develop automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and shorten sales cycles.
- Develop and execute data-driven lead marketing and business development campaigns and programs, including webinars and events, emails.
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation with a programmatic and KPI focused market penetration of targeted accounts and (sub) verticals and domains. This includes A/B testing and campaign and content optimization
- Liaison between our targeted audiences and the sales team, including sales funnel optimization and collaboration between marketing and sales.
- Define market opportunities and go-to-market plans with sales, including mapping target personas, challenges, and unique value drivers
- Generate and orchestrate content generation across the organization, i.e. blogs, customer case studies and one-pagers.
- PR, including marketing communications with the leading analyst firms and press releases
- Joint marketing efforts with current and future partners, including Capgemini and Siemens
- Research trends in sustainability, carbon accounting, ESG and Sustainability reporting, and related areas to inform messaging and content strategy.
- Drive experimentation and iterate rapidly, applying a test-learn-scale mindset.
- Report on performance metrics, including traffic, conversion, retention, and attribution insights.

- Marketing automation experience (Mailchimp, Apollo, LinkedIn and others).
- CRM experience (experience with Pipedrive or Salesforce is preferred)
- You have completed (or are completing) a Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or Sustainability and have a passion for software.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in demand/growth marketing
