YOUR CHALLENGE
- You will support the sales team and work closely with local and international activations
- You will manage the activation process from the proposal stage
- You will handle the campaign reporting and monitoring budget spent
- You will be responsible for analyzing trading reports to put in relevant insights weekly
- You will manage the exchange of insights and campaign-relevant information with our clients and agencies to achieve recurrent activations and upselling
- You will be in charge of translating client needs into activations and vice versa (performance trading team needs into client vocabulary)
- You will be co-responsible not only for building long-term relationships and strong confidence with our clients but also for meeting client expectations when running a campaign
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
- At least 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry is required (agency or client side) and bachelor''s or Masters degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in how ad servers work and experience with analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics
- Extensive operational experience in managing performance campaigns focused on mid and low-funnel objectives, i.e., generating qualified traffic and leads
- At least 3 years as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Trafficker, Trader, Performance Specialist or similar is a must
- Strong data orientation, capable of analyzing and making decisions based on metrics and results
- Ability to present detailed reports and continuously monitor campaigns
- You understand the digital environment and the different needs and implications the campaigns may have depending on the KPI to achieve
- Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to continuously improve campaign performance
- Good attention to detail and process-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to explain technical concepts and strategies clearly and comprehensively
- Comfortable with tight timelines, proactive and flexible person
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives
- Proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to changing client and market needs
- You have a native level of Dutch
