Join our team in Madrid as an International Talent Acquisition Manager (Dutch Speaker) and take your career to the next level! In this strategic role, youll collaborate with local and international leadership to drive the companys growth. Working in a tech-driven environment, youll lead high-impact recruitment projects and engage directly with Executive Committee members to hire top talent for key positions.

As an International Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for a dynamic and evolving international geographic area, managing a portfolio of open recruitments for Business Manager positions. You will :

• Craft and publish job postings online, ensuring they attract top talent.
• Proactively source high-potential candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess personality, skills, and career aspirations, then provide structured feedback.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate submission to final integration.
• Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
• Stay connected with new hires, making sure they thrive within the Group.
• You will contribute to improving existing recruitment processes by suggesting innovative solutions.

Your Profile

• You speak fluent Dutch and English as you will recruit for international roles across multiple countries, including Belgium and the Netherlands. French and Spanish are a plus.
• You have excellent writing skills and a keen eye for spelling and grammar.
• You love headhuntingyou dont just wait for applications to come in, you go out and find the best talent!
