YOUR ROLE: 1) Business development: - Develop newbusiness and build a portfolio of new clients - Schedule andconduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers. - Meetand exceed predetermined Quarterly Sales Goals. - Ensure 100%customer satisfaction and retention. - Act as a team player andclient advocate at all times. 2) Sales: - Meet with key branddecision-makers and agencies to prove the benefit of Locala''stechnology over competition or current solutions. - Own the salescycle from lead generation, closure, and renewal. - Meet andexceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Collaborate withaccount management and trading teams to upsell clients. - Must havestrong negotiation and presentation skills. - Elaborate the rightdigital strategy for the client 3) Reporting - Maintain anup-to-date Salesforce profile Salesforce proficiency a plus. -Weekly pipeline updates shared with Team and Management. 4) CRM: -Be present and in touch with clients on a regular basis. - Maintainaccount and opportunity forecasting with our CRM. - Organize ROIfocused entertainment activities. YOUR PROFILE - 2+ years ofexperience at an ad agency, publisher, ad network, ad exchange, adserver, DSP, or other online advertising roles -- mobileadvertising a plus. - Hands-on and doer - at Locala we build ourown future together - Creative and proactive - Establishedrelationships with advertising agencies or brands - Self-starter ability to self-motivate and establish new business. - Demonstratedability to deal with change and be a team-player.
