These objectives are designed to support your departments goals and priorities. Youll also take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities we offer, while learning from challenges and mistakes along the way.How you do it :Youll take the lead in seeking new business for our hotel, creating and executing commercial strategies to maximize revenue and upselling.Youll contribute to building a stellar reputation for our hotel, promoting it, fostering loyalty and engagement, all aimed at increasing revenue.Youll identify commercial initiatives and opportunities that will drive exposure, bookings, and covers for the hotel and its outlets.
