Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator**Riverview Psychiatric Center and Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center**Augusta and Bangor, ME**This Clinical Guru will own metrics for metabolic monitoring, creatinine clearances, therapeutic interchanges, adverse drug reactions, medication events, processing non-formulary drug requests and invalid order monitoring and write a quarterly process improvement report. In addition to precepting pharmacy students, providing psychopharmocology lectures to PA students, leading patient medication groups, providing leadership to pharmacy teammates, creating and delivering a pharmacy orientation to hospital employees you will also staff around 30% to keep you from getting rusty. You will also be on a rotating on call schedule with the other pharmacists. For an extra challenge you will help the Director move to EHR (CoCentrix/Ascend) in 2017.**If you have a PharmD, current Maine pharmacist license in good standing and outstanding people skills check us ou t! **Candidates with a Psychiatric Pharmacy PGY2 or BCPP preferred.**You will work at Riverview in Augusta 4 days per week and at Dorothea Dix in Bangor one day per week.****Riverview Psychiatric Center **is a 92 bed acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital operated by the State of Maine.
