Process Engineer/Tax Compliance Expert Main responsibilities:
- Manage tax topics and projects within the Cluster Market side
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define solutions and build business cases
- Perform impact analyses and refine business, regulatory, and legal requirements
- Design and improve tax-related processes
- Work closely with the IT team and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Report on project status and lead change management initiatives
- Collect, understand, and challenge stakeholder needs
Profile:
- Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in investment and tax compliance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in leading projects and working independently
Skills:
- Effective communicator and team player
- Driven to find creative solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
