Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full execution cycle of photovoltaic projects in Italy, from ready-to-build through construction and commissioning.Supervise and coordinate all operational functions in Italy, including project management, ensuring effective collaboration with external EPC contractors, engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Lead operational planning, including resource allocation, budget control, timeline management, and risk assessment.Oversee contract negotiations and management with external suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all relevant permitting, grid connection, and environmental requirements during project execution.Demonstrate strong leadership and a delivery-focused mindset, managing multiple complex workstreams while maintaining clear priorities and timelines.Maintain a strategic vision combined with a practical approach, complemented by excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and adaptability.Transversal MissionsContribute to the company''s success through activities such as business development and cross-functional projects.Collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to define and implement the operational and strategic roadmap.Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Contribute to the strategic evaluation and development of potential in-house EPC capabilities.Preferred ExperienceUniversity degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Industrial) or a related technical/management field; an advanced MBA is a plus.At least 5 years of proven experience in executing and delivering utility-scale solar PV projects, with a solid understanding of EPC processes, grid connection, and permitting frameworks.Autonomous, proactive, and capable of structuring workflows in a growing organization.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; adept at navigating complex environments and managing multiple external stakeholders.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with effective collaboration across teams and departments.Flexibility to be assigned to different locations in accordance with applicable law and company policies.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English; French is a plus.Additional InformationContract Type: Full-TimeLocation: ItalyEducational Requirement: Master''s Degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
