Team/division description

The Chassis team at Toyota Motor Europe focuses on developing suspensions, brakes, steering systems, control software, and conducting related tests. The team also engages in advanced research and business development in collaboration with European suppliers and academia.

Your responsibilities

As part of our Chassis team, you provide the administrative support working closely with the engineers our suppliers. In more detail;

• Your main responsibility is the creation requisitions and follow up of invoice payments in Oracle system and with the people involved with the approvals.
• You will consult interactive data dashboards and create excel summaries to show the status and identify issues with the accounting process.
• You will liase with both internal stakeholders and directly with service suppliers for correct set up of requisitions and any troubleshooting.
• You will receive mentoring and supervision from the Chassis Senior Administrator.
• You are working in the Chassis division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the engineers with all administrative related activities.
• You may organise meetings, support logistic arrangements of the team
• You may support on ad-hoc basis projects within the division
• You will report to the Division Head

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor degree
• You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language)
• You have very good communication skills
• You have more than 5 years experience in Information Systems, administration and management support
• You have highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability
• You have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently
• You have very good knowledge/experience of MS Office tools (especially Excel: advanced formulas, pivot table…)
• Your knowledge of PowerBI tools or advanced data analytics tools are an asset
• You are interested and familiar with systems/applications in general
• Your business understanding and affinity with automotive products is an asset

Contract:

Permanent contract as contractor detached to Toyota Motor Europe for minimum 1 year

Part- time role: 3 days per week (24h/sem). Days to be confirmed
