About the roleWe are currently seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Founding Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for building a sleek frontend user experience, a scalable backend infrastructure for our data-intensive web app, integrations with multiple tools for ingesting data and data pipelines for standardizing data. You will work closely with our AI Engineers/Research Scientists and get exposed to working with machine learning models and LLMs in a production setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, prototype, implement and own product features end-to-endBuild and own the frontend and backend for our data-intensive web appBuild and maintain a robust and scalable backend infrastructure to power several AI-intensive workloadsBuild and maintain one-click integrations with different data sources and platformsDesign and manage the evolution of flexible data models and database infrastructure to handle different types of data sources and data points, optimizing for fast reads/writesBuild data pipelines to clean, standardize and process data from multiple sourcesSupport with building agentic workflow prototypes with LLMsSetup robust testing practices, monitoring and observability to ensure the reliability of all the components of our infrastructureStay up-to-date with Software Engineering Best PracticesQualificationsStrong software engineering/CS backgroundVery comfortable working across the stack (primarily frontend and backend)Experience with building responsive web applications and scalable backend servicesComfortable managing frontend and backend cloud infrastructure at scale in a production environment (DevOps)Familiarity with building data pipelinesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Machine Learning EngineersBonus points for experience working on Machine Learning, LLM or Data productsAdditional RequirementsAbility to work across the stack and pick up new tools/technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills3.
