Customer Support Agent | Barcelona | Full time / Part-Time (20h 40h weekly)
DaoPay, a leading international payment service provider with over 20 years of experience, is looking for motivated students or young professionals to join our team in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-growing FinTech company.
Your tasks:
Support users with DaoPay phone payments (PaybyCall/SMS) and other services
Provide customer support (Levels 13) via chat, email, post, and phone
Assist with transaction monitoring and support the Fraud Department
Collaborate closely with other internal teams
Your profile:
Currently studying (preferably in IT or a related field)
Strong communication skills in German and English
Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and a reliable team player
Tech-savvy with good MS Office skills
Eligible to work in Spain and based in Barcelona
