Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, theGroup is among the global top-ranking engineering contractors.Mission Manage the achievement of the System Completion objectives,as defined in project Hand-over procedure and other Project plansand schedules, for the purpose of handing-over the plant, guidingand monitoring the activities carried out by the variousdisciplines and parts of the Site organization involved in thecompletion phase (HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering andProject Control) according to established sequences and inperspective of overall optimization. While coordinating theinterface between the Construction and Commissioning Teams toensure the progressive achievement of the Mechanical Completion,he/she leads and manages clear communication and reporting for allmatters pertaining the System Completion throughout thecomputerized Completion Management System adopted for the project.Activities and Main Responsibilities His/Her main duties andresponsibilities are the following: To coordinate, monitor andreport all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including theimplementation of Mechanical Completion System and the MechanicalCompletion Tool; To promote all the action necessary to providethe final completion subsystem/ system, for subsequent and over tothe downstream pre-commissioning works; To monitor that thesystem/subsystem are completed according to the priority defined inthe precommissioning / commissioning schedule; To ensure theprogress updating for certification completion and punch list closeout; To ensure the Clients involvement to obtain the approval ofMechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) completionand subsequent hand over to Client; Participate to the activitiesaddressed to the arrangement of the Handover presentation (ifapplicable); Ensure that all relevant procedures linked tohandover activities are approved by the Client; Guide Turn OverTeam in the preparation of the documents required; OrganizeWeekly meetings with Construction/Commissioning Teams for hand overcompletion according to commissioning prioritization for MechanicalCompletion; Check the daily / weekly / monthly basis MechanicalCompletion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers. When MILEMATE!isutilized, he/she will supervise the activities of Turn Over Team,or directly perform, the following: Arrange MILEMATE! trainingfor approved user (if applicable). Coordinate with Engineeringand Commissioning Teams to ensure all the deliverables required tobuild up the Completion Database in line with the contractualrequirements (TAG list/ Family TAG list/ System and subsystemlist/Check sheet and ITP/ marked up P&ID and drawings). Coordinate with Test Pack Coordinator about uploading and updatingdefined test pack at site and ISOs related to and with the Loopcheck Coordinator about uploading and updating defined loop checkat site. Ensure Subsystems/Check Sheets to each components/TAGSaccording to approved ITPs. Ensure that all check sheets areimported and verified into MILEMATE! Ensure that all the Punchpoints are properly characterized in the punch list forms beforeinputting them to MILEMATE! He/She operatively reports to SiteManager
